1/2 c. full-fat ricotta cheese
8 to 1 drops stevia
2 oz. coconut milk
¼ cup sliced almonds or chopped walnuts
1 T. unsweetened grated coconut
Place the ricotta into a small dish. Mix the stevia and coconut milk into the ricotta thoroughly with a spoon, then add the nuts and grated coconut and stir again.
