Sardine Salad Recipe

Makes 1 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

½ c. canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
1 small cucumber, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
juice of ½ lemon
1-4 oz. can of sardines (packed in water or olive oil), drained
salt and pepper to taste
¼ c. chopped fresh parsley


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Eat immediately or allow to marinate overnight.
