Banana "Nice Cream" Recipe

Makes 2 servings | Gluten free (dairy free option)

Step 1

1 scoop Key Collagen
5 tbsp heavy cream (or ½ c canned coconut milk)
1 frozen banana
½ tsp vanilla or almond extract
optional: cocoa powder



  1. Blend until creamy.
  2. Serve immediately, or store in the freezer and take out 30 minutes prior to eating to allow the "ice cream" to soften.
