Healthy Apple Dip Recipe

Makes 16 servings | Gluten free 

Step 1

1 c. heavy cream
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2-3 tsp pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Whip heavy cream into stiff peaks.
  2. Combine cream cheese with 1/3 of the whipped cream, maple syrup, pie spice and vanilla.
  3. Fold in remaining whipped cream.
  4. Serve with fresh apple slices (also good with pear slices or on top of sauteed fruit).
