PB Banana Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free 

Step 1

2 c. full-fat cottage cheese
1 banana
2 tsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp creamy nut butter (peanut or almond)
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips


  1. Put everything except chocolate chips into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan or divide into 4 ramekins, sprinkle with chocolate chips and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

* the salt content of the cottage cheese you choose may affect the flavor
