Piña Colada Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1 ½  scoops vanilla wellness whey protein OR 1 scoop vanilla paleo protein
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp shaved or shredded coconut
Handful of spinach (optional)

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
