Spicy Chickpeas

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

 

Step 1

1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas (or 1½ cups cooked chickpeas), drained, rinsed and patted dry
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. coriander
½ tsp. Garam Masala
½ tsp. Aleppo Pepper
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, toss the chickpeas with the oil, coriander, Garam Masala, Aleppo Pepper, salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until crisp and slightly browned. Serve warm or cool.
