Turkey Breakfast Sausage Recipe


Makes 6 servings as a meal or 12 snack-sized portions
Gluten free and dairy free

1½ pounds ground turkey
1 tsp. salt
¾ tsp. pepper
1½ tsp. sage
⅛ tsp. red pepper flakes
1 T. fennel seed (optional)


  1. In a mixing bowl, mix spices thoroughly into ground turkey.
  2. Shape into 12 patties.
  3. Brown patties in olive oil until cooked through.
