Healthy Chicken Nuggets Recipe



Makes 4 servings 
Dairy free

Step 1

4 Wasa Lite Rye crackers (or almond meal for gluten free)

Step 2

1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp fresh parsley

Step 3

11/4 lb. turkey or chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten


  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush crackers finely.
  2.  Mix ingredients with crushed crackers (or almond meal).
  3.  Cut turkey or chicken into 2" nuggets, dip in beaten egg, and coat with crushed crackers or almond meal.
  4. Place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, turning nuggets once.
