Healthy Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Makes 4 servings
4 Wasa Lite Rye crackers (or almond meal for gluten free)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
11/4 lb. turkey or chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush crackers finely.
- Mix ingredients with crushed crackers (or almond meal).
- Cut turkey or chicken into 2" nuggets, dip in beaten egg, and coat with crushed crackers or almond meal.
- Place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, turning nuggets once.
