Makes 20 servings | Gluten free and dairy free
¼ c honey
¼ c coconut oil
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp dried cinnamon
½ c raw unsalted pepitas
½ c large flaked unsweetened coconut
1 c raw unsalted nuts (pecans, almonds, etc)
1/3 c raw unsalted sesame seeds
Combine pepitas, coconut, nuts and sesame seeds and spread on a cookie sheet.
Pour the coconut oil mixture over the nuts. Mix to combine and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and break apart.
